Dr. Dharma completed her residency at St. Paul’s Hospital in Dallas in 1999 and turned her small medical practice into Southwest Family Medicine Associates. Her dedication to innovative technology and prevention earned recognition for SFMA as a "medical home" from the NCQA, and she holds multiple board positions in the medical industry. Dr. Dharma believes in leaving "no stone unturned" in medicine and established an on-site wellness center in 2014. She also teaches medical students as an associate clinical faculty member at UT Southwestern and enjoys cross-fit and spending time with her family in her spare time.

Dr. Safia Shaikh completed her residency in Pulmonology, after conducting clinical research and publishing her findings in international journals. She has a passion for medicine and has served at free clinics and spread healthcare awareness in rural areas of both Pakistan and the USA. Despite not being able to practice as a Physician in the USA, she began working in Clinical trials in January 2014. Dr. Safia believes in evaluating cost-effective options for patients' long-term health maintenance and that better options can lead to better outcomes. She was also involved in educating the refugee community about the hazards of Ebola and how to protect themselves against it.
